DLN is a company that actually respects work-life balance. They provide a non-stressful work environment while also providing engaging challenges.

There is a lack of written process and standards, but its not always a con.

WFH / hybrid schedule, flexible, easy access to leadership. They care. Example: Each employee got to choose a nice gift for their recent company anniversary. The do regular "fun things" like a fish fry, potlucks, games. It's these little things and more.

On YOUR birthday, you're expected to bring donuts :) Not sure if this a real con lol.
