Management cares about employees and works hard to create the best environment for success.

Agree whole-heartedly with previous reviewer: Nothing about the company itself but the Government Contracting world in general can be a chaotic at times, and you operate at the whim of the government.

The management was great. Donna (president) was a pleasure to work with when I had any concerns. She would reach out directly if she had any questions about our projects.

The company was on the smaller side of the industry for government contracts, so it was a sub-contractor and therefore unable to offer the same pay and benefits as some of the larger companies. That being said, they paid a reasonable salary and had benefits that worked for me.
