During my time at the Jersey City, NJ DM Clinical Research Office I was excited for a new work opportunity and environment. The site was not even ready to start, the employees were not knowledgeable. Since day one this site was toxic, prejudice, racist and manipulative. Office uncomfortable romantic relationships, favoritism and family friend nepotism (all against DM HANDBOOK). Unfortunately, DM Clinical Research does not do anything to assist employees who need to report someone to Human Resources. They give everyone a billion chances to change, and never have a solid plan. The Jersey City Office is so toxic, the first week of my employment I sat in my car and cried for hours about how much of a mistake I made accepting a role here. Right before I left, they hired an ex-DM employee back who was great and helped me learn and grow, so that was one good thing they did. However, I can’t imagine they will stay very long considering how terrible it is to work there. BEWARE. Do not work here!
