Pros
Work van to drive to and from work in. Seeing new places all the time. Helping patients and their families by providing equipment to make them more comfortable. Decent starting pay and job security. Health, dental, vision insurance and they offer 401k .
Cons
Human waste on equipment that has to be cleaned, some houses/equipment are roach infested, on call for a week at a time can mean 12+ hr days. Micromanaging. Driving an hour or more away then not getting paid for the drive time back. Crazy new priority based routing system that makes no sense and is inefficient has some drivers working non stop all day and others sitting at the warehouse.
