Pros

Nice office space with open plan that allowed for collaboration with people from your group. Work from home was a possibility with justification.

Cons

Everything else. Management forgot that they weren't servicing the customers themselves. Working conditions varied from day to day. This was a call center environment managed by a car salesman at first and then a technical trainer when the car salesman was reassigned. Level one staffing was typically short which meant that level two and three engineers needed to pick up the slack. Every senior support person wants to interact with end users to explain how to perform a factory reset on a phone or reenroll a device in an MDM solution. Sales often sold solutions that they didn't understand or even know if they could work. More importantly they didn't understand how to price what they were selling. Management was clueless about the most basic functions of managing a support operation. HR was based in Maryland with no one in our office that understood HR issues. This meant that if you had an HR issue everyone knew about it. Management needs to understand that there is more to running a service organization than cash flow.

Pros

They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints.
