Pros

DMI is definitely not boring. Working here gives you one of those rare opportunities to be a part of an intense, driven organization bent on reinventing itself, achieving incredible growth and innovation, and dominating a new industry. In just a few years the company has gone from less than 100 employees to more than 1800. It's launched a whole new commercial and federal mobility business that's getting pretty great reviews from the analyst community and customers. If you love a challenge and want an opportunity to excel in a very fast-paced environment, this is one of those adventures that aren't often repeated. There are some really great people here. Most are pushing hard to excel and pushing their own personal and professional limits to accomplish something big.

Cons

DMI is not for the faint-hearted. You can't possibly grow this fast without bumps. If you're looking for a nice steady 9-to-5, with everything all nicely laid out and predictable this place really shouldn't be at the top of your list. If you're more of an adrenaline junkie and you like adventure, it could be one of those places you tell your grand kids about.

Pros

They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints.

Pros

Pay on the program I worked on was good. A few pockets of good teams at corporate (finance and hr)

Cons

The culture of the company changed drastically over the past 5 years to one that I can't support. Zero support from the C-Suite and no corporate reach back. Two months of no reply to consistent emails to the C-Suite for support. Years of escalations of issues on the program were met with silence as the money was flowing in. Once it stopped, they were shocked. Rewarding only yes men or yes women instead of those sacrificing for the contract. If you gossip to the C-Suite and don't question, you'll be rewarded. Even a high level senior leader made a considerable amount of money for years but literally lied about Financials and what work his team did. How does that happen?!
