      I have not found any pros.

      Cons

      1)The mentoring is not that good as it should be. 2)Management only focuses on delivery on time irrespective of quality. 3)No good tech stack used to develop applications.

      Pros

      They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.
