0/10 would not do again - Bartender/Server DMK Burger Bar Employee Review

The owner has no idea what they're doing. From bounced checks to gutting staff hours and forcing inexperienced staff to run the entire restaurant by themselves. The amount of shortcuts the owner is willing to take to make the most money out of a failing business is horrific. Management failed to communicate with staff on a regular basis which led to even more confusion regarding checks and scheduling. I've never had to text my managers so much just to know if I'm working that day or not. Working here was a nightmare I hope I never have to experience again. Do not apply it's not worth your time.
