Pros
The people who work there are very nice, they have great employee events and competitions. A great office, great coffee and always treats on hand.
Cons
Management of people and projects is poorly run. If you are promised on the job training and mentorship, you will not get it. They do not work with peoples strengths, listen to alternative ideas or respect & trust their employees. There is no flexibility in work hours and management are very old fashioned in their work ethic.
