      The Director is Emotionally Intelligent.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, poor micro management. Management isn't qualified to be a team leader nor possess the skills of a manager. Sets HORRIBLE examples for staff.

      Used to pay above market value for labor.

      Cons

      No training, manuals or help of any sorts is provided. If you want to know something, you have to spend the day looking for the one person who knows it, only to find out they left eh company after their wages were slashed. Expend to work 90% of weekends without overtime.
