I have worked at DMS for over 6 years and think of my co-workers like my second family. Since I started working here, I have been promoted 4 times. We are a team of hard workers, and the growth potential within this company will allow you to go as far up the ladder as fast as you are willing to work for it. Every single day is different and challenging, which is something I always looked for in an employer. If you are looking for a career in IT and a work family - DMS is the place for you!

There are times when emergencies arise, and we have to do work after hours to ensure the service our clients expect is met fully. That, to me, is part of working for a 24x7 managed services IT firm.
