Pros

My experience with this company has been positive overall. The starting pay was higher then a lot of places I interviewed. They have started an employee group so we can talk to management about what we think is good and bad in the company. It is a high stress kind of work but they try to do fun stuff for us like pot luck lunches, ping pong tournament and go fish game. During the summer slow time they have voluntary time off. The other review said lots of people leave but the ones that do land jobs using what they learned at this company. Out of around 40 or so people who aren't family like 30+ people have been here longer than me and I have been here more than a year.

Cons

It is a family run business and the sister is HR which makes it hard if you have a complaint about the company or one of the other family members. High stress during months where lots of deals come in. You have to start through a temp company before being hired on direct. Staff is mostly female so drama is off the charts!

Pros

Overtime during tax season, some decent employees.

Cons

Management, cliques, favoritism, pay rate. The company is actually not bad, it's the people; in particular, the crappy management. I have never been apart of a company where the management is as ridiculous, lazy and childish as this one. They have no respect for each other or the employees. They're rude, arrogant, two faced, back stabbing liars. They have the slightest idea of how to run a company effectively. The "training", if you want to call it that, is a complete joke. They want you to kiss their behinds and act like them. There's so much inner turmoil that its seen in the quality of the work. The atmosphere is so tense that you can cut it with a knife. The place is a revolving door. They run away or get rid of all the good and effective employees. All management cares about is the mighty dollar and they wonder why they're losing dealers left and right. The employees are not happy and are looking to escape this prison. We just come so we won't get fired.
