Pros

Felt comfortable supported by the people I was working with so I kept with it and I am glad I did. Getting to use my knowledge to help the clients and brands and company has been exciting. I feel like a boss compared to what others are doing and with what I get to do independently. Pro- makes YOU feel good and learn what you can REALLY do when you start to move into other responsibilities!

Cons

So exhausting and confusing for what felt like forever. Not what I expected coming into it (SALES) and didn't use anything I learned in college and my degree for weeks. Long and lots of work most days. The sales is the only way to get introduced before you can start working on other projects

Thank you for leaving a wonderful review about your experience at DMV Promotions inc. We are glad to know you felt comfortable and found our staff to be so supportive. We pride ourselves on being a place where our people learn and grow. As with everything, there are some growing pains and uncomfortable transitions, but it definitely sounds like you found your way! It is a pleasure to have such hard-working and honest employees in our company.

Pros

none, none, none, again please stay away

Cons

I worked there for one day, and as soon as I realized that it was a pyramid scam I never returned. I had to solicit very cheap products such as soap and a poorly made wallet, we did long walks, and a lot of times no sales. On that day, we stopped at the car repair place and I hurt myself on one of the instruments used to fix cars, of course, management did not say anything about it - at this point, I also realized that this job could be dangerous as well. Not to mention the anger of the people who do not want you to sell them the crappy stuff, it was extremely demeaning. Once you head back into the office you spend after-work hours analyzing what you did wrong, and how to improve it next time. The managers are going to tell you that this crappy "selling" job is not for too long, that in a couple of months, you will be a manager, and then a CEO - this is lies! This is how those pyramid schemes get you. This is not worth it, your health, safety, and respect matter, please stay away from this place.
