      None at all. Only freshers can consider joining for an year. Take experience move out

      Cons

      All cons. Look at their building. Dirty filthy place surrounded by garbage heaps. Employees are labour to them. HR has no courtesy to address the issues of the employees. Just keeps sitting in his cabin, watching Netflix. Bad remuneration policies. They can’t see people talk to each other. All freshers here cz no experienced person would like this place. Salary issue always remains. They cut your salary without any reason and then apologise and ask you to take a leave in compensation. Please don’t join this company. They will find every chance to cut your salary

      Working here has been a good experience as professionally. Opportunity to work directly with founder and senior leadership teams. Overall, dna growth is good place for freshers to enjoy learning, taking ownership and working in a fast paced environment with global exposure.

      Cons

      Fast pace environment can sometimes lead to demanding deadlines and high expectations. Workloads may fluctuate depnding on client requirements and project timelines.
