* The amount you're paid for parties ( plus milage claimed for anything outside your zone) is more than fair. Genuinely an excellent rate and there's never any mess ups with pay either. * Management and everyone involved in the office side of the company are super friendly and professional to a high standard. Super approachable and a great sense of humour ( as expected of entertainers though!) * Hours suit you as you choose your availability way in advance and with that being said there is never any real shortage of parties! The boss puts a lot of effort into your area via the magic of promotion but your own reputation will work wonders for you too! * Training is of a high standard so even if you've never done anything of the sort before they will make you feel like a top notch entertainer by the end, including having you shadow parties with an already established entertainer which honestly helps out so much! * Its super fun plus you get an entertainer name! I was only with the company for just under a couple years but I thoroughly enjoyed my time as Rad Roo! Staff Christmas Party ( thrown in springtime as Xmas is a busy time for parties!) is a great laugh!

*Have a decent sized car! I started off with a Toyota Aygo and don't get me wrong you CAN do it (your Tetris skills come in handy) but it's a lot easier if you got a bit of space!
