Back stabbing from different department heads, overtime with no pay and no reconciliation for hard work besides being blamed when things go wrong. Do not allow you to go out to lunch if company pays for your lunch. Started work at 9AM in the morning and off work at 10PM to 1AM because there were piles of work to do, that was never the way to balance any life.
