Pros

Good newly qualified wage. No weekend work at the branch I am at. No out of hours. Nice friendly nursing and vca team :)

Cons

Poor management in some areas. Not good maternity pay. Understaffed some days which makes the work load difficult. Questionable decisions made.

-The nursing and support staff are hard-working and focus heavily on maintaining standard patient workflows -working alongside excellent vets -The director listens and supports professional growth - The practice provides the necessary clinical tools and equipment required to fulfill daily duties

Cons

No major cons to note. Any typical daily challenges are easily managed because the clinic team is exceptionally supportive, collaborative, and lovely to work with

Pros

They pay slightly better than the rest of the industry but it's not worth it

Cons

They're "We see anything policy" is a "We burn staff out policy". Some one arrived 10min late for a 15 min cons, well you gotta see em, even if your booked back to back appointments till closing. Need to give someone a 30 mins appointment, or book a vet off to call someone? Too bad management will take that off the diary. They treat people like cogs in a machine and then wonder why they don't get good results. They constantly make it feel like you are the problem for their poor management and continuously lie. They do not deal with what is going on with in the team and head nurse hides from conflict
