Growing company and management seems to be bought in. Has the normal issues that a family company would have, but overall they treat you well.

Lack of resources sometimes. Some of the managers don't leave their office

You get paid on time.

Unfortunately some coworkers are unfriendly, which is fine. However these same coworkers take several 1-2 hour breaks a day, leaving the distribution of labour to fall on those of which who follow the rules. The job has also gotten significantly more difficult after a change in management. Management feels distant and unreachable. Problems won't we solved and people won't be replaced because we are short staffed, even if they come 1-2 hours late. This place was lovely to work just three years ago. This is not a job to work long term, do not come here looking for advancement.
