      Pros

      Good HR and mostly friendly co-workers and management. Competitive pay. Work is usually not hard physically. A lot of charity fundraising for the community. Solid company. Nice break room area. Tries hard to retain employees.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule which can be good or bad depending on if you like that. But they also offer some other shift options.
