No sick time. Low PTO. Will get mad that you're sick and have no PTO because they put your PTO into the negative without your authorization. Low Low Low pay for work done. Toxic work environment full of pointless gossip and pettiness. Giant lack of communication between managers/directors and employees as well as between locations and corporate office. We don't even know who is working at corporate, to be honest. Pack patients in so they're waiting hours to see their doctor and leave angry before being seen.
