DOE has one of the best cultures I’ve ever encountered in a workplace. They have high expectations but also care about you as a human being. Those high expectations come with hard work from management right alongside their team. Cons
Honestly ya we all work some long hours sometimes depending on the time of year or what’s going on with a particular project, but we all know that comes with the territory of digital advertising and helping our partners grow. And it really isn’t a con when management acknowledges the extra effort you put in.
