      - Manager for Ionian Hotels is very helpful and helps you reach your peak! - Hr organizes interesting events and get-togethers - Modern offices, well equipped and also offering parking spot on-site

      Pros

      The schedule was respected and shifts were organized properly. Days off were honored as agreed. The company followed legal standards regarding labor practices. Insurance and official employment paperwork (ensima) were provided. Clean and well-maintained work environment.

      Cons

      There was a consistent lack of staff, which increased the workload. Work roles were not fixed, leading to confusion and instability in responsibilities.
