Lots to learn (especially at first). Fast paced work. Many good customers. Excellent colleagues who care about quality and responsiveness. Excellent, high end product for expert users. Nice (!) 401K match. Excellent benefits for you and your family.
Cons
It's best to know yourself and your interests in order to move up and expand. Management can only do so much to send you in the right direction if they don't know your interests or intent.
