+ You can make as much money as you can motivate yourself to do + Van can be used for personal use
Cons
- Management see you as a number and will have you take out ridiculous volumes of parcels - If management dislike you - and they will find reasons - you will get given poor routes, rougher areas etc - You're self employed, but will be treated like minimum wage - HR is non-existent, so any issues you have will fall on deaf ears. - Deposit takes months to receive back - They will attempt to shaft you on pay rates at any opportunity, under the guise of "need for the business to grow"
