Pros

Friendly environment Nice people working there

Cons

The worst professional working experience. As you can read through other reviews, the main issue of the company is The Management, although the manager talks a lot about professionalism, he has no scent of it! Imo a bad management cannot be fixed by trying new approaches, it can only be fixed by replacement, the checks are always late at a point that you have to remind them it’s payment time! The work flow is a big mess, the company is running on Interns, most often Interns don’t even get enough/good training during their internship, but the company takes advantage of desperate young juniors/interns to do their jobs for them without a proper training! Their employees never last more than a year. So if you are desperate Intern/Junior/Medior/Senior, don’t think DPDK will lead you to your success, but it will just waste your time/energy. Don’t believe in the five stars reviews. They often ask employees to put five stars reviews on Glassdoor during the first week of their job.

Pros

The people working in the trenches are great

Cons

The other reviews claiming the company runs on free labor are correct. The turnover rate is incredible and management is all over the place. They use their old work with Nike as a crutch to maintain artistic credibility and don’t focus on developing or maintaining employees.

Pros

1. Your learning curve will be insane 2. You will definitely improve your ability to work under pressure 3. You will become fully autonomous if you are not yet

Cons

1. Almost all managers are male and if you're a woman quite often you might feel like your opinion doesn't matter that much or you're being talked to in a different, minimizing you as a professional, way 2. If you don't know something they will make it clear that you must learn it NOW and on your own 3. You will be blamed for your mistakes 4. Human resources they have are not enough for the workload 5. You will be overworked 6. If you say no to some extra job they want you to take/learn, management will feel threaten by you and will change their attitude to you completely. 7. You won't feel appreciated 8. If you feel like you deserve a promotion and you want to talk about it, they will make you work yourself to death before you even get it (if you get it)
