      Working days are 5 days and it provides satisfied welfare and benefits. Protect wearing is provided to worker to avoid accident and reduce the risk of health as exposure to chemicals.

      Cons

      Operation of each department should be led by own HOD instead of others' department leader. HOD should willing to share their knowledge and technical skill.
