Pros
It is a very open environment with no alot of defined rules as long as you get the job done.Everyone is allowed to contribute, most people are friendly and intellegent.. There is opprortunity to get involved any all fauets of the industry if desired- green, BiM, pre-con, etc...Company is strong finacially. No lay-offs yet.
Cons
Fast Paced Complex projects can be stressful. Long hours expected to get the job done....Tasks and responsiblities at times can be overwhelmming. Not alot of direction given which can also be overwhlemming. Only 3 weeks for combination vacation/sick time. No bonuses this year.
