      Upper management seemed to hand pick who they wanted in professional growth trainings and programs. Many employees would express interest in advancing their careers but only few were picked without explanation of why.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
