These guys are open minded to anything that will make the job more functional and productive. They are also willing to listen to any BD idea that has cutting edge technology involved.
Cons
There are not a lot of rules and sometimes this can become a detriment to smooth operations. They also tend to allow various operations to go on depending on who is in charge and where they fit in the pecking order.
