Pros

DPR is PEOPLE FIRST. They base everything on respecting the individual. The emphasis on work-life balance and individual equity is unheard of - DPR invests in the health of the whole person, not just their work. DPR is title-less, meaning, employees are not defined by a job description and can engage in any way they contribute value. DPR has focus: clear core values, a clear mission and purpose, clear core markets, and subjective matter expertise. Every employee is empowered to do the right thing, we operate from a place of integrity.

Cons

DPR's organizational structure can be hard for some people to understand and adapt to. Not everyone can work in such an autonomous and empowering environment and need more direction and structure.

There’s also a strong focus on innovation, safety, and doing things the right way, which makes the work feel meaningful. Overall, it’s a great place to build a career, grow your skill set, and be part of a team that takes pride in what they do.
