Toxic culture whereby the senior management are not capable to lead, finger pointing culture, zero career advancement, company no direction, no projects and retrench when there a chance, corrupted top management whereby only hire "real life friends as subcontractor" which lead to poor site execution. No compensation for working extended hours and sometimes on night shift without proper planning.
