      Pros

      Really great field employees, team members were brilliant, promising start of the business in Europe.

      Cons

      Regional management was really disregarding the team, misalignment, lack of transparency. It made the corporate dedication to become "one of the most admired companies to work for" simply laughable.

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
