Nothing. The company is worst. People are very unprofessional. Job security is zero. They fire people with the same intensity they hire. Female colleagues talk only about their marriage and love life. Not good for growth. Overall the work culture is too toxic and the founder too.
Cons
I think the company should improve day by day otherwise it will not run for a longer time. People are so toxic they do things only to get fame on social media whatever they show is totally opposite inside.
