Although we understand the appeal of working from home, we designed our new offices to strengthen the collaboration and creativity that are key to who we are as a company - and we really like having everyone together!       Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
