      Pros

      Lots of complex work to do alongside people who are very good at their jobs.

      Cons

      Hours can get long, especially at the start of your career. Some offices are less organised in terms of culture / events.

      Pros

      DRW values my input and ideas, and allows me to explore new ways of conducting surveillance. The firm is not afraid to try things that may not work out in the end.

      Cons

      You have to have the confidence to push forward. People will help and guide you, but you must initiate the activity.
