Company side: Free breakfast and lunch everyday, unlimited healthy snacks and drinks. Good compensation and lots of benefits if you are interested in opting-in. Lots of company events like developer speaker series, poker nights, chess, yoga classes, chair massage, wine tasting, etc. They are not stingy and is willing to spend money to keep their employees happy and healthy.
Cons
Sometimes the hours are long and it can get pretty grueling. Expenses can run pretty high for the traders.
