Pros

Kind, respectful co-workers. People are good at what they do, but there are no diva attitudes. One of the company value's is 1+1=3, and they really mean it. Collaboration is key to any project. Overall vibe is casual and friendly but still very professional. Everyone knows the owners of the company on a first-name basis. Flexible working hours, option to work from home Company is always innovating, looking for ways to improve how they serve clients & how things run internally. Leadership is open to exploring everyone's ideas on these topics, which I really respect.

Cons

B2B Sales Enablement Consulting is a niche service. Some may not find the industry interesting, and others might be put off by the complexity.

Pros

The company is very family-oriented. You feel at home when you work. Breaks are permitted and encouraged. Snacks are great. You are allowed to listen to music while on the job. There are plenty of events to hang out with employees for quarterly celebrations/meetings. I have learned a lot about Microsoft Excel and Salesforce and many Data-Entry skills from this position which I find very useful for future career pursuits.

Cons

Communication within is pretty awful, especially between the interns that are researching accounts and contacts, the foundation of the firm's business, and leadership. I feel like we're not in sync and are repeating the same problems and my supervisor has no idea how to fix it. No communication between campaign manager and supervisor for better accuracy of emails. I feel like advice/suggestions from interns are ignored at times. It is a cubicle job, so days at the office are mundane and repetitive at times. Pay is OK, but definitely not the best. You start out at $9/hour, and if you do really well, you get $10/hour, a $1 raise. For an internship, that's alright, but definitely not a huge incentive to do your best and work hard, plus lead projects if asked. I was impressed, however, by a large incentive for staying with DSG 90 days after my raise.
