Pros
While it a Sales and IT service delivery oriented business, the family ownership and most senior folks didn't 'crack' under several years of observation. They really believe in all aspects of ownership of clients, products, employees and values. The smiles and positive attitudes you see walking in the door were still there when things got really rough. Pretty rare for a sales oriented venture. Actually, a first in my experience.
Cons
They are a growing company and sometimes coverage or lack there of is weighted on the Employees personal ability to navigate emergencies outside of business hours instead of adequate staffing in advance. They are getting FAR better than a few years ago but they also weathered Covid and 90% drop in revenue and they didn't lay anyone off. I saw plenty of people written up for attendance for being sick and still having sick leave, using earned PTO in sporadic chunks without a few months notice, but no one was ever fired because of it. But it was a huge morale buster.
