I was temporarily contracted network technician. The team of technicians were great.

It was only temporary, would have liked for it to have been a longer contract.

I'd probably only say the owner and one of his son's are good people and really cool not only to be around but work for.

Where to begin. Pay is insultingly low, no training, impossible expectations no one could achieve, extremely quick to criticize or blame others, never will you hear oh good job. Preferential treatment for certain employees and they make sure all the big money is given to the family as far as accounts and leads, you have to manually track every penny you make, the SOP process is broken and the it director will not fix it nor listen to suggestions.
