The major pros of my position are being able to adapt to new situations with new individuals constantly, maintain credentials as well as participate in CEU's to further my learning, I additionally am paid mileage.

Cons

Lack of support from internal staff during crisis situations, lack of support and appreciation honestly.

•Training is very accessible and paid • Employment staff are flexible and kind • Clients are very sweet • Pay is competitive • Puts clients first • Staff given amazing perks and client/DSP events

• More client centered for events/less employee events

Great DSPs, clients, and internal staff. Lots of community opportunities for clients.

Cons

Unprofessional and cult like management that does not take safety concerns seriously when brought to their attention.
