Cons
To start with the cons, I can want to state people don't leave companies they leave bad managers or bad work culture.
1. No expanded hierarchy; no growth , no scope; executive and a manager's KRA are same with department; you just grow in designation , but not by means of the task and responsibility.
2. Long-service employees will not give roof a breath as they love their comfort zone scope of change is not available
3. Micromanagement is the key to harassments by most of the Managers. These managers will never let you speak with higher management.
4. Salary - Increments are always delayed by 4–7 months and if someone resigns, he/she loses all the hard work they have put in.
