Very little chance for career progression. No benefits such as sick pay. Minimal holiday to start 21 days rising to 25 after 5 years service. No work based bonuses. Annual sick pay bonus based on number of days x number of occasions sick. So when you are sick you don't get paid and also your bonus goes down. People can be very clicky.
