Pros
Business is straight to the point like usual for an international logistics company. Though the pay can be late for a contractor, as an employee you'll be always be paid on time. The benefit are average and you can"t you usually work the shift you want after the first year
Cons
Like any international logistics company it lakes a family spirits and it can be roughless with small contractors and employees. Depending on the country you can have to deal with thieves and immigrants no speaking English or your national language and it will be the norm.
