Plenty of room for growth, fast-paced, good compensation

Lots of changes, takes work to keep up

I worked as an intern but I think the pay was o.k. for most employees.

There was a major discrepancy between company vision and actual treatment of homeowner clients. All managers (and super interns) are expected to stay very late at times. There are way too many managers micromanaging and not enough boots on the ground.
