Pros
Because it is a tech company, they understand obstacles, timelines and environment. They understand that life happens and they work with you to get the job done and they are not as much about punching a clock. Working at DSoft allows me to work on world class cutting edge technology. DSoft expects their employees to learn and grow with new technologies. The people here are extremely intelligent and willing to teach, everyone learns from one another. I feel privileged to be a part of the DSoft team.
Cons
The hiring process may seem long and arduous because they are very selective about their employees. Most of DSoft’s work requires security clearances and the DoD request processes are difficult and tedious.
