Cons
Standards are different across business units. Work from home is not allowed consistently within operations. For example, other groups are allowed to work remotely during holiday weeks yet everyone in Operations is required to come to the office (even the day before Thanksgiving). Almost no diversity from the director level higher. Some diversity on the manager level but not enough. Promotions are mostly decided by personal friendships. Despite employee survey scores consistently getting worse, nothing is done to address employee feedback and unhappiness. People are leaving at an alarming rate, mostly because of the difficult leadership.
