Pros
Work from home, that is all!
Cons
Poor communication from leadership. Poor Training environment, with poorly trained trainers, or trainers who visibly convey they are not happy to be there. Poor vacation and time off policies. You are held to poorly designed analytics and metrics for time on phones with highly charged customer's which will pretty much include your entire shift back to back with little time for breathers. Lastly, with separation from the company they take an extreme slow pace at closing out your last pay. You will wait weeks for a mailed check even when you have received direct deposit your entire tenure with DTE. 1/10 recommend; The 1 is for someone younger looking for experience in call center environment and even then... DONT DO IT!
