Exciting industry to work in with opportunities for unique experiences that are hard to find elsewhere. Decent pay and a good vacation policy.
Cons
Top heavy, highly political organization that is constantly being shuffled around. Hazy vision as it relates to achieving corporate goals. Internal processes are unnecessarily convoluted and at times arbitrary. High employee turnover with regular rounds of layoffs that feel as though they have been given little thought.
