      Great people and benefits! You can learn a lot working there, able to work on special projects and get hands on.

      Cons

      New startup so they are learning on how many staff they need, etc. Several layoffs in the past few months, even after ensuring a lay-off free year.

      Pros

      A fun and fast paced environment. Great place to work if you don’t mind riding the waves a change. Really great leadership who prioritize transparency.

      Cons

      None really. Things can change pretty quickly so I can see why some folks wouldn’t like that.

      The people are nice. Remote work

      Cons

      This company has been in a start up phase for years and have restructured too many times to count keep the company alive. They are finally in a position where they are making profit but want to only want to treat member services reps like robots. Management only cares about scheduling Medicare Annual Wellness visits.
