      Autonomy to select your priorities, once I was responsible to develop the Health & Nutrition business in Brazil with direct report to the HQ in Hamburg.

      Cons

      Inflexibility to reduce margins and make business feasible in the Brazilian competitive business environment, causing frustration to the salesperson.
